Exchange and Return

RIGHT TO CANCEL

The return of any product due to withdrawal can only be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery for purchases made online.

For the purchase amount to be refunded, the product must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of the manufacturer's original seal being broken or of use. The return must be accompanied by the order and all products included in the order.

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT

All shipping costs for returning and reshipping the product will be borne by the customer. The products must be returned properly sealed, packaged, and with the invoice to the company’s address. As soon as the products are received, we will process the exchange and generate the shipping cost for the new order.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECT

In the case of exchanging products that are found to be defective, the customer has up to 7 days from the receipt of the order (from the delivery date) to inform us of the issue. The customer should contact us immediately after discovering the defect via email at email aqui and should not discard the product.

The product will undergo a technical analysis to verify the presence of a manufacturing defect.

If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.

If a defect is confirmed, the customer can choose between a refund, an exchange, or a credit voucher.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY (AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY)

The customer should inspect the order upon receipt. If any of the following issues are observed, the order should be refused immediately, and the reason for refusal should be written on the back of the invoice:

  • Damaged product;
  • Opened/tampered or damaged shipping box;
  • Product not matching the order.

EXCHANGE PERIOD

WVegan has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product at our Distribution Center, to verify if the request meets the requirements of the Exchange and Return Policy.

If a similar product is in stock, another product will automatically be sent to the customer.

In the case of a product being out of stock, the customer will be offered the following solutions: exchange for another product, refund, or a credit voucher.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID

WVegan will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase process.

For purchases paid by credit card, the card administrator will be notified by our payment gateway, and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent statement in a single installment. The refund period depends solely on the card administrator.

For purchases paid by bank slip, the refund will be made via bank deposit after the product(s) are received and analyzed at our Distribution Center. The deposit will be made within 7 business days.

If the return or exchange does not meet the necessary conditions, such as being outside the specified period or missing items or accessories, the exchange request may not be successfully processed.

Orders may be canceled at any time due to a lack of stock.

ERROR IN ADDRESS

If there is an error in the delivery address provided by the customer or missing information, the postage cost for reshipping or refunding the customer will be charged.
