Ingredients
Palm fat, sodium alginate, artificial cheese flavor, sodium chloride, and turmeric powder.

Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 100 g of powder in 90 ml of hot water (minimum 35°C / 95°F). Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Lightly grease a plastic container with olive oil or vegetable oil, or line it with plastic wrap. Pour the mixture into the container.
Refrigerate immediately for at least 12 hours, or until the desired firmness is achieved. Once fully set, loosen the edges with a knife and invert the container to unmold.
Slice as desired. When heated in a frying pan, the cheese forms a pleasant crispy surface. For breaded preparations, coat slices with cornmeal and a pinch of salt, then cook in an air fryer.
